Propane Delivery Driver

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Propane Delivery Driver to safely and efficiently transport propane to commercial and residential customers. You will play a key role in ensuring timely deliveries, conducting truck inspections, and handling fuels with care and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver propane to residential and commercial clients
• Provide backup support to Oil Delivery Drivers as needed
• Conduct pre and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain compliance with DOT/FMCSA and EPA regulations
• Respond professionally to vehicle incidents or spills
• Perform on-call duties on a rotating basis

Qualifications:

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• CDL A with HazMat and Tanker endorsements or CDL B with HazMat
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• CETP 1.0 certified
• Availability for extended hours and emergency deployment (FEMA contractor)

Preferred:

• TWIC Card or willing to obtain within 30 days
• OSHA 10 certification
• Prior fuel delivery or hazardous materials experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Work Environment:
Work takes place outdoors in varying weather, and occasionally in an office environment that includes friendly dogs and a shy office cat.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently lift up to 50 pounds solo, or 100 pounds with help
• Operate heavy equipment and perform physical tasks such as climbing and crouching
• Must be able to see colors and detect smells accurately
