The Golden Plan – Reliable Maintenance Coverage

Price: $899 per year

Our premium plan offering extensive maintenance, discounts, and added perks.

Heating: Get priority scheduling, annual inspection, cleaning, and full tune-up. Includes replacement of burner nozzle, electrodes, filter, pump screen, and other minor parts like jet lines and couplings.

Air Conditioning: Enjoy priority scheduling, annual tune-ups (including coil, duct, and drain pan cleaning for up to 2 indoor units), replacement of 2 air filters per year, one service call at no additional charge, and a 10% discount on parts and labor for repairs.

Exclusions: Major repairs/replacements, parts/materials, and emergency service outside regular business hours are not covered

Plumbing: Benefit from priority scheduling, annual system inspections, a 10% discount on parts and labor for repairs, and a full plumbing inspection covering the water heater, sump pumps, and pipes.

Emergency Service: Gold Plan members receive emergency service calls outside regular hours at no additional cost.

Exclusions: Major system repairs/replacements and services not explicitly mentioned are not included.

Heating & AC: Includes annual inspection and cleaning, priority scheduling, inspection of key components, and basic maintenance to boost efficiency. One air filter replacement per year included.

Plumbing: Get an annual system inspection, leak detection, inspection of faucets and fixtures, and minor adjustments (materials not included)
