We sell, install, maintain and repair water heaters, heating-oil tanks and boilers. We offer generator and furnace repair and maintenance. If you think your system needs a repair, contact us to set up an appointment.

We also offer round-the-clock burner services and tank repairs as well as generator maintenance and generator repairs.

Boiler Maintenance and Installation: When a boiler needs repairs a few years in a row, it might be time for an upgrade. We offer boiler repair and boiler installation for your New England home. Let us know if you’re concerned about your boiler. We’ll do an inspection of the system and tell you if an upgrade is in order.

Furnace Repairs: We repair furnaces throughout our service area. A furnace that’s running properly will not emit any odors. If you notice unusual or unexpected odors coming from your furnace, it is likely overdue for a tune-up or repairs. If you notice smoky odors, a dusty or burning smell, or electrical or mechanical smells, contact us right away online, or call us.

Water heaters: A large portion of your household’s energy expenses every month goes toward heating water. With that in mind, it’s important that you have the right water heater for your needs, and that you regularly schedule water-heater maintenance. You want your water heater to operate as efficiently as possible. This will keep your bills down and will extend the life of your system. We sell and install a range of water-heater types, so contact us to help you decide which one is best. Or, if you are not in need of an upgrade, contact us when you need water-heater repair.

Need an Upgrade? You’ll See Savings in the Long Run

With water-heater installation, tank installation and boiler installation, it’s important to remember that you’ll see savings quickly, as the most current systems work far more efficiently than older, outdated home heating systems.

Burner Cleaning

We recommend cleaning your burner once a year. The low-water cutoff should be flushed periodically and we assume no responsibility for its operation. This will be done during the annual service if required.

When you call us for burner services, we can:

  • change the oil filter
  • change & adjust the nozzle
  • change the pump strainer and gasket
  • thoroughly brush/vacuum the heat exchanger
  • clean the entire burner assembly
  • clean the smokestack in the chimney
  • adjust the draft, clean the motor winding
  • check the tank and pump flow
  • run a full efficiency test

Our burner contract includes a burner cleaning and covers the repair or replacement of covered parts listed in the contract. For a list of covered parts, please contact us directly through the website or by calling us today.

A Massachusetts law addressing oil leaks from home heating systems (Chapter 453 of the Acts of 2008, as most recently amended in 2010) includes the following requirements:

  • an oil safety valve or an oil supply line with protective sleeve must be installed on systems that do not currently have these devices
  • insurance companies that write homeowner policies must offer coverage for leaks from heating systems that use oil

Please contact us with questions about these requirements.

PLEASE NOTE: Customers are responsible for making sure that their oil lines, piping and tank are installed, operated and maintained in accordance with local codes and manufacturers’ specifications. Our company is not responsible for any fuel leaks past the location where it is filled, whether that is inside or outside of the home. Customers take full responsibility for leaks from all oil burner equipment, oil tanks or oil piping on their property. Broco Energy Inc. is not responsible for the oil ordered once it is purchased from our company and delivered to the customers’ property.
