Customer Service Representative
Overview:
We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our customers. If you’re a strong communicator who thrives in a busy, people-first environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Duties:
- Answer incoming calls and handle customer inquiries
- Schedule fuel deliveries and service calls
- Keep customer accounts up to date
- Inform customers about promotions like Budget and Pre-Buy Programs
- Process in-person and backup billing payments
- Help with general office tasks, including filing and preparing paperwork
What You’ll Need:
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1–2 years of customer service experience
- Calm, professional demeanor with strong communication skills
- Willingness to work rotating Saturdays and extended hours during peak season
Preferred:
- Experience in the fuel industry
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Familiarity with Blue Cow and Ignite software
Work Environment:
Office-based with frequent interruptions. Expect occasional visits from children and friendly office pets, including a quiet cat upstairs.

- Regular use of computers, phones, and basic office equipment
- Ability to sit, stand, and work with detail for extended periods
