Broco Energy Powers Massport’s Transition to Renewable Diesel, Advancing Carbon Reduction in Massachusetts
We’re proud to share that Broco Energy has partnered with the Massachusetts Port Authority (Massport) in a bold step toward a greener New England. Beginning in 2025, we’re delivering 100% renewable diesel to power operations across key Massport locations, including:
- Conley Terminal
- Boston Logan International Airport
- Hanscom Air Force Base
- Worcester Regional Airport
This transition is part of Massport’s mission to reduce its carbon footprint across the Commonwealth, and Broco Energy is proud to lead the supply and logistics for this initiative.

Renewable diesel is a clean-burning, sustainable alternative to petroleum diesel that significantly cuts greenhouse gas emissions. With our state-of-the-art injection blending capabilities and upgraded storage infrastructure, Broco Energy is uniquely positioned to support Massport’s operational needs while helping to drive lasting environmental impact.
“As a company deeply committed to clean energy, we’re honored to help lead this change,” said Robert Brown, President of Broco Energy. “Our preparation since January 2024 has made this transition seamless, thanks to our investments and close collaboration with Massport’s OEM.”
This partnership is a major milestone in our mission to build a cleaner, more sustainable energy future for New England.
