Broco Energy Customer Policy

1. Prices and Payments:
– Prices are subject to change without notice.
– New customers must pay by pre-run credit card for their first delivery.
– We are a Cash on Delivery (COD) service. Payments can be made via Cash, Checks, or Credit Cards upon delivery. We do not offer billing services.
– We accept cash, check, Visa, Discover, and MasterCard for payment at that time.
– If you wish to set up a budget plan, please contact us at 781-246-1130.

2. Order and Delivery:
– Please double-check your address and fill in all location information before submitting your order.
– After placing an order, review your confirmation email for verification of the order details and promised delivery date.
– Delivery requests submitted before 5 PM will be scheduled for the next available delivery day. No Sunday delivery.
– If you require urgent delivery, you must call us at 781-246-1130. Our automated system cannot process urgent or same-day requests.
Weekend deliveries are unavailable during the Spring/Summer period, from April 1st to October 12th. For weekend delivery requests, please call to make arrangements.

3. Credit Card Authorization:
– Credit card payments: Based on the amount of oil you order and your tank size, your credit card will be authorized for the total amount of the delivery (for a full tank if selected). If you do not accept the full amount, the authorized amount will be refunded to your account the next day.
– If you are unable to authorize a full tank, we recommend selecting a gallon or dollar amount instead.
– We are a COD (Cash on Delivery) company, meaning payment is required when the delivery is made. We accept cash, check, Visa, Discover, and MasterCard for payment at that time.

4. Tank and Pipe Maintenance:
– FILL/VENT pipes must be clear of obstructions, including ice and snow, to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
– It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all oil lines, piping, and tanks are installed, operated, and maintained according to local codes and manufacturer specifications. Broco Energy is not responsible for fuel leaks past the fill location, either inside or outside the property.
– Broco Energy is not responsible for any issues with oil burner equipment, oil tanks, or oil lines/piping on the customer’s property.

5. Privacy Policy:
– We do not sell or share customer information. Your privacy is important to us.
– However, we may occasionally send promotional newsletters or special offers. These communications may include updates about our services, discounts, or other relevant information. If you prefer not to receive these, you may opt-out by following the instructions in the email or contacting us directly.
